BL4SG is training a new generation of lawyers to think about blockchain technology in a balanced way. By educating law students, lawyers, and legislators about blockchain’s potential to level the playing field in an inclusive way, the Center is helping to define this space in the legal profession. We aim to push the industry forward, promote a more balanced regulatory scheme, and encourage a more diverse and inclusive environment for blockchain technology in the United States.

In addition to government trainings, educator trainings, and community events, BL4SG has also launched the “Filecoin Foundation for the Decentralized Web Teaching Fellow” program. The selected fellow will be a J.D. graduate with strong academic credentials and blockchain law experience who is pursuing a path toward full-time academia.
